FAQ
Q1: Are Pipop dolls made from real bean pods?
A: Yes! Every Pipop doll is made from real soybean pods. We carefully select plump, naturally air-dried pods, clean and treat them, and then handcraft each one with a lovely little soul. Every doll is a gift from nature, brought to life with our heartfelt creativity.
Q2: Will the bean pod rot? How long can it last?
A: With proper care, your Pipop doll can stay with you for a very long time! The pods we use are naturally air‑dried, similar to dried flowers. We recommend avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments, and never wash or soak the doll. If dust settles, gently brush it off with a soft brush or use the cool setting of a hairdryer.
Q3: Is every doll the same?
A: Every Pipop doll is unique! Because the pods are natural materials, their shape, color, and texture vary slightly. On top of that, we hand‑paint each face and craft every little accessory, so no two Pipop dolls are exactly alike. That’s the beauty of handmade art — each one is the only one in the world.
Q4: Are the dolls suitable for young children?
A: Pipop dolls are more suited as collectibles, decorations, or gifts. We recommend them for children over 12 years old, with parental supervision. Since the natural pod is fragile, it should not be squeezed hard or bitten. If given to a child, we suggest treating it as a display piece and handling it gently.
Q5: How long does shipping take?
A: Because each doll is handmade, we need a bit of time to create it just for you. Usually, we ship within 2‑3 business days after payment.
Q6: What if the doll I receive has a problem?
A: Every Pipop is carefully inspected before shipping — we want your doll to be perfect. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or a video. We’ll help you as soon as possible:
- Minor issues: we’ll provide repair guidance.
- Major damage: we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Q7: Can I return or exchange the doll?
A: Since Pipop dolls are handmade and not mass‑produced, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non‑quality issues. We hope you understand. If the problem is our mistake (e.g., wrong style or color sent), we will cover the return shipping and handle it promptly.
Q8: Can I get repairs?
A: If your Pipop gets hurt (e.g., an accessory falls off or the pod develops a small crack), please contact us. We’ll offer repair advice based on the situation. In some cases, you can send it back to us for repair (you will need to cover the round‑trip shipping). After all, since we made each doll ourselves, we also want it to stay with you for a long time!
Q9: Do you have a physical store?
A: Currently Pipop mainly sells online and does not have a physical store. However, we share our creative process and new product previews on social media, and we occasionally take part in handmade fairs or exhibitions. If you want to meet Pipop in person, follow our updates — we might show up in your city one day!
Q10: How can I get news about new products?
A: You’re welcome to stay in touch in these ways:
- Follow us on social media (if available).
- Leave your email and join the Pipop Little Pod Club (we send newsletters occasionally, no spam).

Q11: Can I share photos of me and my Pipop?

Q12: I also dream of making things by hand. Do you have any advice?
A: Just go for it! ✨ Every handmade creator starts with “let me give it a try.” We believe that as long as you have love in your heart and materials at hand, anyone can create their own little world. If you have any questions, feel free to chat with us — we’d love to share our experience.
