Returns & Refund Policy

At Pipop, we pour our hearts into every handcrafted creation. Because our dolls are made from 100% natural materials — each with its own unique texture and shape — no two pieces are ever identical. We want you to love your little wonder as much as we loved making it.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: As Pipop dolls are handcrafted art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges without a specific quality-related reason.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return due to shipping damage, your Pipop must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made Pipop dolls are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a structural defect or significant shipping damage.

2. The Beauty of Nature (Important Note)

  • Natural Variations: Our dolls are handcrafted using real, naturally dried soybean pods and various seeds.
  • Expect the Unique: Small variations in color, size, and texture are not flaws; they are the "fingerprints" of nature that make your Pipop one-of-a-kind.
  • Non-Defects: Differences between the product photo and the item received due to natural material variations are not considered defects.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Our Guarantee: While we pack every "little story" with extreme care, if your Pipop arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@pipopdoll.com within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Resolution: Please include your order number and photos of the damage (including the packaging). We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong character was sent.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@pipopdoll.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
