Thank you for choosing Pipop. We are dedicated to bringing our handcrafted wonders from our artisan studio directly to your home with care and efficiency.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Each Pipop is handcrafted and carefully inspected before packing. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard International Shipping: We ship directly from our studio via YunExpress to ensure the safest and most reliable journey for your order.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 8–12 business days after the shipment date.
- Please note: While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or local carrier (USPS/FedEx) schedules.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number typically becomes active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to follow your Pipop's journey every step of the way.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Pipop is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Care
- We take extreme pride in our packaging to protect the delicate natural materials of your Pipop.
- If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us at hello@pipopdoll.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the shipping label.
